Description

A quick and delicious vanilla cake that’s soft, fluffy, and perfect for any occasion. Start with a boxed cake mix and enjoy bakery-quality results in less than an hour!


Ingredients

1 box (15.25 oz) vanilla cake mix

1 cup water

1/3 cup vegetable oil

3 large eggs

1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract (for extra flavor)

Optional: Sprinkles or fresh berries for garnish


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a 9×13-inch cake pan or two 9-inch round pans.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the cake mix, water, vegetable oil, eggs, and vanilla extract. Beat on low speed for 30 seconds, then medium speed for 2 minutes.
  3. Pour the batter evenly into the prepared pan(s).
  4. Bake for 28-32 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  5. Allow the cake to cool completely in the pan before frosting or serving.
  6. Garnish with sprinkles, berries, or your favorite frosting.

Notes
