2 salmon fillets (skin-on or skinless)
12 large shrimp (peeled and deveined)
2 tbsp butter
1 tbsp olive oil
4 cloves garlic (minced)
½ tsp paprika
½ tsp salt
½ tsp black pepper
½ tsp crushed red pepper flakes (optional for spice)
Juice of ½ lemon
1 tbsp fresh parsley (chopped, for garnish)
For the Creamy Spinach Linguine:
8 oz linguine pasta
2 tbsp butter
3 cloves garlic (minced)
1 cup heavy cream
½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
1½ cups baby spinach
½ tsp salt
½ tsp black pepper
¼ tsp nutmeg (optional for extra flavor)
Instructions
Step 1: Cook the Pasta
- Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil.
- Add the linguine and cook according to package instructions until al dente.
- Reserve ½ cup pasta water, then drain the pasta and set it aside.
Step 2: Prepare the Garlic Butter Salmon
- Pat the salmon fillets dry with a paper towel.
- Season with paprika, salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes.
- Heat butter and olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add the salmon, skin-side down, and cook for 4-5 minutes until crispy.
